    >You could re-write the second one to read "GOVERNMENT-RUN HOMES MASSIVELY OVERSTAFFED" or "MORE FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE IN GOVERNMENT -RUN HOMES."Oddly enough, out here, the "GOVERNMENT JOBS OVERLY GENEROUS" story ran with one that said "STATE JOBS NOT AS GENEROUS AS COMMONLY THOUGHT" or something like that. It failed to make the point, though.
